To retain its leading position, Ensitech understood the necessity to think outside the box. User focus has now shifted from the power supply to the application process; the user requiring a solution that is fast, safe, ergonomic and economical.
If you place a high priority on cleaning quality and speed, passivation and safety, use your TIG Brush with genuine Ensitech fluids. By following the recommended procedures of Ensitech’s Surface
This fluid is specially formulated to pre-clean the metal surface. Cleaning the weld areas thoroughly before welding helps ensure a perfect finish by removing residues such as cutting oils or adhesives that may result in white marks appearing after welding.
TB-02 is designed to remove persistent oils and greases from metal surfaces before welding – such as residual adhesives and release aids that are added to steel surfaces as part of the film system to protect the metal surface in transport. Complete removal of such deposits before welding allows post-weld cleaning with the TIG Brush system to give a clean, clear welded surface.
This light-duty, phosphoric-based fluid cleans and polishes. With a non-dangerous rating, it is kind to the environment. It is less acidic than TB-25, but equally effective in all but the heaviest-duty applications. For best results, neutralise with TB-40 after cleaning.
This phosphoric-based fluid cleans and polishes, and is the strongest, fastest cleaning fluid in the Ensitech range. It cleans faster than other fluids with the lower-powered TIG Brush TBE-440, and removes heavy heat tint and severe oxidisation. With the more powerful TIG Brush machines, it delivers lightning-fast cleaning. For best results, neutralise with TB-40 after cleaning.
A breakthrough for TIG Brush technology was the launch in 2011 of Ensitech’s TB-31ND Neutral Weld Cleaning Fluid for Stainless Steel. Developed in response to market demand for a cleaning fluid that was not only non-toxic, but actually pH neutral, the new, patented fluid is based on unique chemistry. It is especially suited to the needs of sensitive environments such as food and beverage, pharmaceutical and petrochemical industries. This ability to clean stainless steel welds and surfaces using a completely pH neutral fluid represents a major advancement for industry.
After rinsing off the weld cleaning fluid thoroughly with warm water, apply Neutralising Fluid to prevent white “frosting” marks from appearing later. As the frosting can occur after many days, using Neutralising Fluid is an important preventative step in the Ensitech Surface Finishing System. The light blue TB-40 is for use after TB-21ND & TB-25

TIG Brush marking fluid can be used to indelibly mark (etch) stainless with identifying marks such as logos, part numbers and barcodes. See page opposite for details of Marking Kits and custom stencils.
Used with your TIG Brush, a specially engineered conductive head and heat resistant stencils, TB-95 creates a sharp, clear etch for lettering, logos, or any other design on your stainless steel. The process is unequalled in speed, ease and permanency in adding an etch to stainless steel.
